Guarantees are offered by Lunartune Productions under the following terms, and are made with the exception of circumstances arising beyond the control and responsibility of Lunartune Productions (hereinafter referred to as LP).
Project Access
Large-scale composition- and/or production-based projects will involve ongoing client communication for the duration of the project. Such projects will be managed on a checkpoint basis, whereby the client is given the opportunity to approve progress at key stages of development. Works in progress shall remain accessible in the client's secure web area or via FTP at all times for the duration of the project.
Non-charged Services
Any project consultation will be performed free of charge. Additionally, some services (such as audio clean-up, restoration, studio production, post-production and mastering) may depend on source material being provided by the client. If the source material turns out to be technically unsuitable or insufficient for LP to provide the service, the client will be notified and there will be no charge. However, if the client accepts that the quality will be compromised, and still wishes to proceed, all services rendered will be charged for in full.
Supply Of Service
Specific guarantees with regard to quality, costs and timeframe are project-dependent, and can be discussed with the client prior to undertaking work. However, the following statements apply to any project:
• Any written quotation given by LP is guaranteed for a period of 21 days from the date of issue, and will be strictly adhered to, provided the requirements of the client are not changed.
• If LP agrees to a specified deadline for a project, it will undertake to make all possible effort to complete work within that timeframe. Additional time will not be charged for, provided the requirements of the client are not changed.
• The client will be notified of any alterations to production schedules due to exceptional circumstances, and will be given the opportunity to opt out if the original deadline is jeopardised. In such circumstances, LP will refund any amount owed to the client.
• A high standard of service and professionalism is assured in any work carried out by LP.
Any dispute regarding the provision of services under these terms is to be settled in accordance with Victorian State law.
